Pensiero Infinito 2007...L'Oratorio
«Long-time friends certainly know our family and business evolution. The first vintage of the “Pensiero Infinito 2005” was dedicated to Emiliana and Angelo Accomo, my parents. The second edition 2006 has been dedicated to a myth of Langhe agriculture, the Piedmontese breed cattle, referred to as “Bue Grasso”. The 2007 which will come out this year is dedicated to my childhood, but I think also that many other children “l’Oratorio”. When I was a child the free time we passed in football ground, where to receive there was the Pastor of the country, Don Mario, died in 2007. »

The first vintage, the 2005, of the “Pensiero Infinito” was dedicated to Emiliana and Angelo Accomo, my parents; the second edition has been dedicated to a myth of Langhe agriculture, the Piedmontese breed cattle, referred to as “Bue Grasso”, which means “the Fat Ox”. The cattle breeding, in particular, has been Angelo’s passion with the vineyard and wine. The “Bue Grasso”, besides a draft animal, was an excellent aid economically and for the family image among the community. »

A couple that, in fifty years of agricultural activity, has known only the hard work. Besides cultivating the vineyard, they have been able and clever in bringing up an honest and hard-working family.
