«Long-time friends certainly know our family and business evolution. The first vintage, the 2005, of the “Pensiero Infinito” was dedicated to Emiliana and Angelo Accomo, my parents; the second edition has been dedicated to a myth of Langhe agriculture, the Piedmontese breed cattle, referred to as “Bue Grasso”, which means “the Fat Ox”.

The cattle breeding, in particular, has been Angelo’s passion with the vineyard and wine. The “Bue Grasso”, besides a draft animal, was an excellent aid economically and for the family image among the community. »
