The vineyard is in the land of Diano d’Alba, map 25, particles 127-193-194.

The grape varieties which compose Rolando harmonize for at least six months in small barrels.

The result is an uncommon wine, very sensitive to the season changing: flowery in summer and fruity in autumn.

Thanks to its body it is excellent with hors d'oeuvres and veal in tuna sauce.

It is a perfect match with cold and mainly baked fish dishes.

Best served at 10°C in a tulip-shaped wine glass to reveal its mutable, aromatic complexity.

A blend, in the same percentage, of Sauvignon Fumé and Chardonnay grapes.

2,5 ha vineyard (about 12.000 bottles).

Planted in 1996.

Facing south – west (350 – 370 metres above sea level).

Let ageing for 6 months: Sauvignon Fumé in steel tanks and Chardonnay in French oak barrels.

Straw coloured.

Delicate bouquet with hints of banana, pineapple and vanilla.

Full flavour, fruity and dry.
